  2. After you log in to your account, click on the “My Profile” tab and fill in the information requested. During the postcard creation process your profile information will automatically appear in the template you have chosen, saving you time when you create a new direct mail postcard. This information can be edited by you at any time.

  3. Click on the “My Lists” tab and upload any lists you have that you may want to use in your direct mail postcard marketing. Lists need to be in a .csv file format. Name your lists with a name that will indicate to you their content. Additional lists can be uploaded at any time. You can also purchase specific radius lists during the ordering process.

  4. Click on the “My Library” tab and upload any images you may want to use. These images may include your photo, logos or other graphics. The best file format is .jpg but .tiff and .pdf files are also supported. Images can be added to your library at any time.

  5. Now you’re ready to begin creating a postcard mailing! Click on the “Start” tab in the upper left-hand corner and you will be taken to the postcard “Template Library.” From here, simply click on any image and begin creating your document. All of the postcard templates have multiple color options and most have multiple photo options as well.

Be careful not to click multiple times on any button during the document creation process. The files used in this application are very large and the screen may take time to refresh depending upon the speed of your system.Create a Document.

  1. Once you have selected a document to create, simply fill in the required and optional fields with text or images. All of the text that has been pre-populated from your “Profile” can be edited. Images can be selected from your personal “Library” or you may browse and upload new images from files on your computer during this process. Please note, that if you do not want to permanently add these images to your library, uncheck the “Add this to my Library” box before clicking on ”Submit.” To view your changes, click the “Update” button at any time.

  2. When you have completed your document you can create a pdf proof to review by clicking on the “PDF Preview” button. If you need to make changes simply go back and make them.

  3. Next, you must select a list that you would like this document to be mailed to. There are several options available including lists in your “My Lists” library, any list (in .csv format) that you wish to “Upload”, or you may select a radius list of addresses around a specific point. Additional demographic selections are available for lists of homeowners.

  4. Once you have selected a list, save the order to your “Shopping Cart.” From here you have many options, which include placing the order, saving the order, viewing a .pdf proof, or duplication of the order.

  5. To complete your postcard order, click “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the payment steps.
